Being accused of market abuse and oterr fictional criimes by a convicted bank robber and market abuser is a good thing. Dave Whitby of Anadalas (ADL), what was once uber ramp CEB, should be in prison for his crimes against AIM. I have linked at the side of ShareProphets to an article by someone who was in prison once, Brokerman Dan, on Andalas and the old bank robber is bang on the money. I am not in a good mood. Is this more to do with the reaction to Brokerman Dan's piece here yesterday or an impending trip to the Grim Northern welfare safaris to see the mother in law. Anyhow this podcast contains a lot of bad language. I discuss Daniel's contribution. The market was in a good mood yesterday and thus a number of wholly irrational share price spikes get covered: Mosman Oil & Gas (MSMN), XCite Energy (XEL), Condor Gold (CNR) and especially Highway Capital (HWC) which I cover in detail. I also explain why I remain bearish and comment on Aureus Mining (AUE) which announced a "strategic review" i.e. it is totally fucked.

What a total waste of a day, dealing with Dan Levi (the bank robber, reformed) vs Ben Turney (the legal drug dealer, reformed). Dan's expose is HERE. Ben's response is HERE. What a total waste of my day, I am so tempted to just give up altogether. But isntead I outline why the prohibition never works and how I am responding to the allegations: by wasting money on bringing in a barrister to investigate them in full for a report we will publish here. Then I turm to Audioboom (BOOM) and NorthWest Investment Group (NWIG). If the world was different I'd be booking a one way ticket to Greece and throwing my laptop in the sea. Surely both Dan and Ben can go after real villains and just leave me in peace.
